Before a Session

Prior to any coaching partnership, we will have a free-of-charge and obligation-free discovery session (30 minutes). During this session, we will get to know each other, you can find out more about the coaching process, how you can benefit from coaching, and for us to assess the fit and suitability of the partnership.

Coaching sessions will primarily be conducted online, with video calls via Zoom. Further instructions will be provided when bookings are confirmed, but the following will be required:

  • A laptop or smartphone that has the Zoom app downloaded and installed

  • Headset and clear microphone access

Sessions can also be arranged in person, if we happen to be in the same city. In fact, I would love to meet you in person if it is possible!

During a Session

Because most sessions will be conducted via video call, please ensure that during the session there are no distractions around you, and that you are free to talk in private. Sensitive issues may arise during the course of our conversation, and you should feel free to express your thoughts.

It would also be helpful to ensure that there is a fast and stable internet connection for the video chat to run smoothly.

You can also choose to not go on video for any particular session. However, being able to see each other gives both the coach and client visual cues regarding body language, facial expressions etc., which may be helpful for insight. It also helps you not to be distracted during a session.

After a Session

At the end of most sessions, there will be a set of actions and outcomes for you to take in order to progress towards your goal, defined and set by you.

The ownership of these actions and outcomes is yours. Whether you take them, and how long it takes you to follow through is entirely up to you. As your coach and with your permission, I can help you keep yourself accountable.

The wind beneath your wings.
